A low mass cart with sturdy colorful wheels is outfitted with a large adjustable sail, and a novel system of shunts to get several speed from the 4AA batteries that are required. In addition to some vector explorations with the sail, the fan cart without a sail is a perfect candidate for studying motion with a constant force.
